General

retrace the steps we took on that last sumer night

• Word Count; The current word count for Colorblind is 100 words. If you fail to post over the minimum limit, you will get a warning. After three warnings you'll be banned for three days. Colorblind is a semi-literate site, and 100 words shouldn't be all that hard to post.

• Grammar; Proper grammar is needed, and that's the reason lovely Proboards came up with the spell check button right next to the "Post Message" button. So please use that button before posting. Also, a smart thing to do is read over your post, to see if there are any other errors!

• Cursing; Cursing is allowed, even in thread titles. This is a mature site, and if you can't handle it then you shouldn't join.

• Fighting; If there's one thing that really gets on my nerves, it's fighting. Especially because its over the stupidest things. Now, I understand if your art is stolen, or your writing, but if you get angry with someone, just PM any mod with a screen shot of the conversation and we will handle the situation. The right way.

• Staff Respect; Listen to and respect all staff members. It's rude and dumb if you don't, since you'll just get banned. Staff members have the higher authority, and were chosen to help us around here. If you have any cases of rude staff members, feel free to tell someone. They will lose their position.

• Character Limit; Currently, there is no character limit. This may change over time, so keep a lookout on the rules. Also, you can't own more then one alpha and one beta. There aren't exactly packs on Colorblind (yet), so this shouldn't be a problem.

• Accounts; On Colorblind, we don't feel that multiple accounts are needed for each character. That's confusing.

• Liquid Time; Liquid time is easy, and there's no harm with it. It's allowed here, and you can be in as many threads as you like. Just don't get too carried away.

• Absence; If your gone for more then a week, without telling us where you went, we'll be wondering where you are. And you may have your characters and your account deleted. And, if you're in any current posts, then you will be removed form that thread. So - to prevent this from happening, please remember to get on everyday and communicate!

Breeding

• Litter Size & Quantity; Litters vary from the size, so: Medium = 3-5 Pups. Large = 5-9 Pups. "Stork" will determine the size and looks of your pups when you post. Stork is an account which all mods are allowed to access, the Stork account is held responsible for all litters, and will determine how many pups you will get.

• Mating & Birthing; When your characters actually breed, you must make a thread of some sort that pertains to their 'night of fun'. We do allow graphic mating here, but we ask that you please put an 'M' in the title to warn people who don't want to read that kind of stuff. If you don't want to have a graphic mating thread, you can simply 'fade to black', so to speak, and simply have the characters wake up the next morning or something similar. Birthing rules are fairly similar. Once you have received the information on your litter from the Stork, you can make a thread with the birth of the pups. Again, you are free to be as graphic or non-graphic as you like, so long as there is a warning in the graphic threads.

• Other; No entering the mother's cave or approaching her pups without given permission, unless you are the alpha of the dog's pack, who may choose to even kill one or more of the pups if they do not approve or feel they may have vices. Females happen to be very strict when it comes to their new pups.

Fighting

• Modding & Turns; During a fight, you should each be taking turns. Before anyone posts, one member must PM the admin for them to start the post. If you are going to be away for a while; while you are involved in a fight post, if you're gone for more then three days, your land or female/male will be given to the challenger. After three attacks & dodges the fight will be over and we will chose a winner or you.

• Basic Rules; No killing of any character unless you have PMed their RPer and had approval. You can be as graphic as you want in the fight, but please, if you make it too graphic, warn us with an [X] or an [M] in the topic. Fights don't happen often and the most common reason is because of females or land. Possible pups. but try not to make up stupid reasons like.. 'they walked on your land.'
